Strategies of the Company:
By hiring skillful and well experienced managerial personnel andspecialists, Shahd Koohrang Company has planned middle-term and long-term programs for achieving its objectives. Some of these programs are as below:
- Supply of new products and increasing competitive capabilities inside the country through the completion of packing basket of various fruit juices
- Gaining more portion of target market by using the management of market
- Exportation of products for absorbing foreign currency
- Flexibility and adaptability with market changes and demands with innovative approaches in compliance with cultural standards
- Development of applied education and training related to production, marketing and research and development (R&D)
- Updating the technology of processes engaged with the production of export products as well as partnership and transfer of experiences production fields
- Prevention from the production of low quality products and the promotion of safety and quality culture for decreasing respective wastes and spoilages
- Innovation and formulation of new products toward increasing value-added, the improvement of productivity and the decrease of wastes
